The Review: These words are sent to you, hopping that you are enjoying of good health as well as your family and team members, along with thriving business.

My wife Idalia and myself, we are initiating the process to prepare our departure from the United States, back to our hometown in Loreto, B.C.S. in Baja Mexico.

We’ll be slowly but surely, paying off our existing debts, that we’re determined to fulfill, and ideally assist our two sons and families, to settle down in Las Vegas. We must now try to focus on prepare to retire in Mexico, our journey is basically completed.

Our retirement, after been working for as long as 49 years myself, since 11 years old, with an estimated @100 days (either vacation, unemployed or sick), has started to put a toll in my levels of drive and /or energy, that makes me worry about being able to complete the rest of my course. We as you know, don’t have the legal status that may help us to pay for our Health Insurance, perhaps to earn a modest pension or assistance from Medicare or Medicaid, we simply don’t qualify for any type of help or assistance neither during the pandemic nor after or before, simply Nothing!. The total of weeks that I must complete in Mexico to qualify for a very small pension of $300 bi-monthly is the equivalent to almost 5 years. Even though at my current age, isn’t very good odds to be hired in the first place.

Our personal health is a complete mystery, we haven’t got a physical examination, dental checkout or adult screening of almost anything for almost 8 years! We hope that when we return to Mexico, we may be healthy enough to catch up with evaluations, screenings, testing, etc. That we may stop or detect any silent or not noticeably manifested issue, may be averted or treated on time. Our health status and current and future care is the most important and urgent reason to move back to Mexico.

After the successful handling of our son Roberto Yafet’s death legal case, and in virtue of the way it got concluded the distribution of the settlement, it brought the following questions that I hope you’ll answer for me, it’s the least you shall do for my wife and myself:

A: why did you told us, when we sing up the contract with your law firm, that we had a case for the wrongful death of our son?

B: If you weren’t aware of the specific law, at the start of the case, when did you become aware that Nevada Law does not recognize us his parents as heirs to my son, except his own son, in absence of legally married to Lydia, and you inform us in a timely fashion?

C: Did you know, said information, before YOU and me had that conversation where I explain to you, personally that I had a unique chance to secure an excellent job opportunity in my hometown in Mexico, requiring for my wife and me to return to Baja, situation that may pose a problem for Us the plaintiffs to keep the integrity of the group, and a potential problem shall we may be required to testify in court, Didn’t you assured me that if we were to STAY and we win the case, I’ll be securing my retirement here?, along with securing my grandson’s future and by the way Lydia’s? As you can determine from this affirmation, I wasn’t aware of this situation brewing in our backs, I’ll have immediately went back to Mexico and be much closer to a safe retirement, very modest, but

All I’m asking you to do as you said you will in our conversation, how could you believe that the final outcome of the settlement distribution could be in any shape or form FAIR, and that i shall be very happy and proud that i have a wealthy grandson Yaden, when we are struggling to make ends meet, very close to the end of our productive lives? It’s almost as awesome and great as if your neighbor won the lottery, you’ll be lucky if he chooses to do improvements to the neighborhood, but most likely he’ll move out of such area.

You assured me that my retirement was secured shall we Win the case, and in strict reference to the settlement distribution, MY WIFE AND MYSELF, do not owe you a thank you, not even for a can of soda, since it was taken away from Jaden’s money as expenses, so the three lunches, and Psychological  therapy that we receive from Dr. Fontanelle, was paid with Jayden’s money as well.

Literally we went to the casino together your team and us. (it’s an analogy}, we agreed to work-play together with the agreement to share the possible future revenue proportionally, each one did his part of the work needed, according to the plan, and when we hit the jackpot (as a group), my wife and myself we were left empty handed and pretty much push to the side, and completely ignored as if we weren’t part of the group. It’s obvious that we weren’t needed anymore.

You are an experienced man, our lives can very easily be placed in a much safer situation with a very small fraction of what you may feel needed to retire, doing so, will not only honor your own words, by fulfilling your assurance to me that you proposed me personally, it will give you a chance to enjoy your well-deserved share of the settlement.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
