Every baker needs the Fox Run Tart Ramper with two differently sized ends.
Place a small amount of dough in the tart tin, dust end of the tamper with flour , push dough down, turning Tamper slightly and you have a nice tart dough shell. Also indent your burgers to keep them from doming up while grilling.
